Visitor Services Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for a Visitor Service Supervisor to play a key role in overseeing the day to day operation and presentation of our heritage sites including the organisation and supervision of our visitor service staff. The successful candidate will assist in the development of audiences at assigned visitor attractions through the organisation and delivery of events and activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the provision of visitor comfort, safety and experience and that excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained for all site visitors, whilst also organising and undertaking the care and preparation of our sites for the coming visitor season.

We are currently seeking a Librarian to join our team at the Manx Museum. Based in our Library and Archives, the job offers the opportunity to make a real difference, applying expertise to develop the library collections, drive improvements in reader services, coach cataloguing and volunteer teams and inspire audiences to be engaged with our collections including growing digital library collections on www.imuseum.im.
To be successful you will be a professionally-qualified librarian with at least two-years-experience of managing and developing library collections, self-motivated, a confident communicator, possess excellent team skills and have the passion and proven track-record for enabling library users to transform information into knowledge.
Salary: £27,368 – 32,148 per annum
